Message Whether SZ designed it completely in-house or farmed it out to an engineering consultant is irrelevant. The fact is that you contended that Greg D isn't an engineer. I replied that even if he isn't, he was smart enough to seek out engineering assistance to ensure his design is sound in all aspects relating to the design (Are the bends too tight so that it over-stresses the material? Are the flanges designed so the parts will go together properly 100% of the time. Was the correct material selected for the application, etc....). You keep shifting the reasoning, and I am merely replying to your new line of reasoning with a counterpoint.

Let's go back to the primary point made by Guapo and aliaZ which is that the AAE name has "Engineering" as part of its name. Which, as they aptly stated, is a form of misrepresentation. I don't see the word "engineering" in the company names of Specialty-Z or SGP so your logic is going down a dead end.
(note: my apologies to Kuah for accidentally referring to SPL in my previous post - it was a typo).
